I know I'm unduly harsh on Hamish Hawk, all because I want him to be the

I wonder if my mate Marty's still got this on single? Oh, how we laughed. Never mind 'Don Powell from Slade', for a minute there I thought that was Rick Wakeman on keyboards...I sort of wish it was really.
I'd like to think that bloke at least had some sort of post-'Hustler' career as a Wakeman lookalike.
I'd never actually heard this song before until stumbling across it on an old Ronco compilation (Radio Active - 20 Electric Hits) I bought as part of a '6 LPs for a quid' deal in my local YMCA charity shop the other day. It caught my ear straight away though.
What a great rock 'n' roll name that is, BTW: Sue Wilkinson!
'6 LPs for a quid'! Flippin' eck! Heaven!
I know, it was fill your boots time! I also picked up Elton John's Greatest Hits (1974), another Ronco job (Rock 'n' Roller Disco - got to love those 70s compilation titles!), Rose Royce's Greatest Hits and a couple of other compilations I can't remember the names of now.
Pleease give us songs from Rock 'n' Roller Disco pleease, pleease.
Capital idea Davy. I'll do a Rock 'n' Roller Disco selection in the next Three of a Kind. (That's if I can whittle it down to a mere three, natch!)
